Some Mudd Ventures products have their own refund terms that supplement this master policy. Where a product-specific addendum exists, that addendum controls the refund window, conditions, and process for that product. The master policy below controls cross-product terms (billing errors, chargebacks, service unavailability, dispute resolution, refund process) and applies to all Mudd Ventures products.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at team@muddventures.com within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct verified billing errors promptly. This 7-day report window applies to billing errors only.
If you initiate a chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend service until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us directly before disputing a charge through your bank or card issuer.
If a paid service is unavailable for a significant period due to our fault, you may be eligible for a prorated refund or service credit. Downtime caused by third-party providers, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control does not qualify.
For refund disputes not covered by a product-specific addendum, contact us at team@muddventures.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days. If we cannot resolve the issue directly, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on your payment provider and typically takes 5 to 10 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment processor.
